KENT, A LIFETIME RESTAURATEUR, AND HIS FAMILY…
moved from Portland to Lake Oswego in 2009 for the love of this town, its people, and raising their two children in such an idyllic place. One thing they missed, however, was Portland's food scene. So they set out to create something even better.
“There is nothing I enjoy more than sitting somewhere warm, eating something delicious, sipping something lubricating and watching people enjoy themselves. I thought we needed somewhere we could do that in our little town, and so I built one for us.”
In the spirit of gratitude for the farm previously on this site, we source the freshest and most seasonal ingredients available from local farmers and artisans. Much of our produce comes from our Executive Chef’s Newberg Farm and he works closely with other farmers. Each season is a new celebration of flavors and textures specific and special to our region.
Inside, using reclaimed wood from the farm buildings previously on this land, we pay homage to our roots.
